Pincuk Yu' Tie Aseli Madiun

It's been a while... *dusting*
fuuhhh.. very dusty.... but here's something that Rio found in Jakarta... so dear... where do we eat at this time of the month?

Imagine yourself... one morning in Madiun, East Java, with fresh air, and the brids are singing, sat down under the tree while eating your breakfast, Madiun style... Pecel Pincuk.

Pecel made up of green vegetables (in this case spinach, kacang panjang, and beansprout) and dressed with peanut sauce. What makes it different is the spice the use for the sauce... On top is garnished with some serundeng, and some kemangi leaves.
with a gendar cracker.. everything is perfect.

You don't need to go all the way to Madiun to taste this yummy, healthy breakfast. You can find it here in Jakarta, to be precise it's in Pincuk Yu' Tie, Jl. Raya Ragunan, Pasar Minggu. Jakarta Selatan.

They call in 'pincuk' because it is served in a banana leaf folded and pinned with a lidi. You can see the pic, to see how it looks like..

You don't need to dig too deep for a portion of pecel pincuk, only for Rp. 10.000 you get pecel with rice also known as 'sego pecel' if you want to add some meat, it's another Rp. 8000 and Rp.5000 for krecek.
